When Very Very Spaceship was brought on to Pokémon GO, I served as feature design lead for the project, pitching tentpole features to Niantic and The Pokémon Company.

Collaborating with Niantic's directors and analytics team, we identified key areas of the game to target with new designs. I led a team of three designers and an eight-person prototyping team culminating in an in-person pitch to 200 Niantic employees. The feature was approved by both Niantic and the Pokémon Company, and was greenlit for development.
